  Just a quick note to say 'Thank You' for the mutton which arrived last week. We had the shoulder on Sunday and it was quite delicious! The first time we have eaten it and we will be back for more without a doubt.
  
  Tried a traditional recipe to begin with but will try something a little more exotic in the future - Arabic perhaps or Indian. The packaging was very good-the chill goodies were still half frozen so the meat was cold as well.
